Yes, we’ve had a rebrand. With more than a decade of expertise in the design, installation, service, and maintenance of all types of fire, safety and security systems, we felt our old image – on the street, online and in our offices – didn’t do us justice. With National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Gold and BAFE approval, we wanted to better communicate our professionalism. Known for our superb customer service, we wanted to get that across, too.

Our update started with a name change, from ‘Key Integrated Systems’ to ‘KIS Fire & Security’ which makes clearer our specialisms today. We worked with Bristol based digital marketing specialists Rapport Digital to come up with a new graphic identity and logo to better reflect our company, its ethos and capabilities.

For example, our new and dynamic brand colour palette signifies the services we provide. Rapport Digital also helped develop our new website to better showcase these services, and also some of the varied, large-scale projects we’ve worked on.

Now, when we visit your premises – in Bath, Bristol, the South West or South Wales – you can instantly identify our dapper and distinctive vehicles and relax knowing that all your fire and security needs are in safe hands. When you come to us online, you can more instantly recognise us, and quickly find what you’re looking for.

All these improvements have happened since the start of 2020. During this time, we’ve also expanded into a bigger HQ, remodelled to provide a super-modern, technologically advanced workplace which creates an upbeat and vibrant atmosphere for our dedicated client services team and visitors alike.

Serving our clients safely throughout the pandemic

Yes, the Coronavirus epidemic did bring early challenges. But we continued serving our clients safely throughout. We also have invested in a new, more efficient fleet of vans in order to ensure reliability, maintain our professional brand image and reduce our carbon footprint.  And we now emerge stronger and refreshed with new branding, website, vans and offices. Demand for our services remains strong, with more and more businesses, facilities, leasehold management companies, schools, hospitals and care homes engaging us.
